Using simple and clear geometric shapes, director Jérémy Depuydt has created poetic fable full of folklore and traditions. With Celtic musical accompaniment, the animation invites us to flow with the choreography of the shepherd goddesses dancing on the mountain summits. This ballet symbolises the communion between the divine beings and the mortal creatures (the shepherd and his sheep), and between the earth and the sky, humans and nature. Clad in simple red dresses and carrying their shepherd staffs, the goddesses put on a beautiful and enchanting aerial spectacle. This is both a musical film in which forms and colours dance, and a hymn to nature – for it shows that without rain there is no harvest, and without a harvest there is no life. Happily, the shepherd can rely on the goddesses to make sure his sheep survive. So let yourself be comforted by this soothing film that dances like the wind.
